  I can't believe how rude the owners of this store are. I have returned only one product at this store in years of purchasing there. I can tell you if I need anything from a Sears I will make the trip to Memphis to do my shopping. I don't expect I will encounter the same return attitude I did at the Covington store. I was not the only customer who got a hard time. The husband was on the phone with a customer and was equally rude to them. Not a friendly store. I would suggest selling the store if they cannot handle it anymore. What happened to the old saying "The customer is always right!".
